The biggest holiday villa for 16 persons is located only 200m from the legendary beach of Playa de Palma in a quiet, privileged residential area at Palma de Majorca. Many amenities such as a private pool, BBQ-Bar with outdoor kitchen, 300sqm sun-terrace, deck chairs, garden swing, hammocks, baby pool and table tennis guarantee a relaxing and varied dream holiday.

This holiday home is very popular with families, groups and companies and features seven individual decorated rooms with allergy free double beds, fully equipped kitchen, air condition/central heating in each room as well as four bath rooms with natural light. On the ground floor are two beautiful marble bathrooms (convenient massage shower, bath, bidet and toilet). In the basement is a bath with bathtub, shower and toilet. On the top floor is a shower bath.

The living room in penthouse style features an open area with fireplace, light filled dining area for up to 8 persons and a cosy TV-corner. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen is an additional dining table for up to six persons, 2 big refrigerators, freezer and a pantry.

Because of the fantastic location and infrastructure, the beach, supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes, bars and the most popular night clubs are reachable within a few minutes walking distance. The rental price per day is 350 EURO up to 650 EURO for the entire house, depending on the season.

This quiet villa with 7 bedrooms, hosting a total of 16 adults + children for free, in the exclusive villa area of Las Maravillas is located only within 4 minutes walking distance and 6km from the sandy beach of Playa de Palma.

The villa has 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge living room (penthouse character with windows on three sides), open fireplace, TV corner, many comfortable sofas and a dining area. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a dining table, two large refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry.

A special feature is the outdoor kitchen with a big BBQ area with refrigerator, Ping Pong, 20 deck chairs, Pool-Bar, spacious terraces etc. The street name has been changed from Calle Arenas de Bilbao to Calle Bartome Xamena. This is a perfect holiday home for large families and tourist groups.

Upon reservation a deposit of 50% has to be paid. The remaining amount is payable per bank transfer 90 days prior to arrival. We recommend travel insurance with erv.de.
The security deposit at the hand over of keys is 1000 euros. The deposit will be refunded within 1 week by bank transfer after orderly return of the house, final end cleaning and inventory within Unique end cleaning costs including laundry are 300 euros for the entire house. All operating costs are included in the rent.
